What we collect

Strategy Calculator collects the account and application information needed to run the service:

• Account information (email address, authentication credentials).
• Strategy definitions, backtest requests, and backtest results a user creates.

If a user enables SMS alerts on an Active Strategy, we additionally collect:

• Their mobile phone number.
• Verification state (whether the number has been confirmed as theirs).
• Consent and opt-out state, including when consent was granted or withdrawn.
• Delivery metadata for each alert (status, timestamps, retry count).

How we use it

Account and strategy data is used to operate the service: authenticating the user, running their backtests, and evaluating their Active Strategies. Phone and consent data is used only to send the informational SMS alerts the user opted into, and to honor STOP/HELP requests and opt-out state.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers such as Twilio may process information only to provide verification and delivery functionality on our behalf. SMS is optional; message frequency varies based on strategy activity, message and data rates may apply, and a user can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Data retention and access

Account, strategy, and consent/delivery records are retained for as long as the account is active and as needed to demonstrate consent for audit purposes. A user may request account or phone-number deletion at any time.
